HOUSE RULES

• Bring your own clubs, Balls and Tees.

• use only cleaned, unmarked balls to avoid damaging the simulator screen.

• For safety reasons only one person is allowed in the hitting area at one time.

• Please wear clean soft spike golf shoes or sneakers on the turf. No Metals cleats.

• No alcohol or illegal substance consumption on site. non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

• No smoking or vaping tobacco, any cannabis products in the facility or within 9m of the entrance.

• children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times.

• As a fully automated and self-serviced space, please help us to keep it clean. place any garbage in the bin provided.

• Respect the space. Treat our equipment and facility with care. any intentional damage of misuse will be charged to the booking party.

• The facility is locked at all times and can only be accessed by customers with valid bookings. No WALK-INS.

• Pets are not allowed. 

• full refund is permitted if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours BEFORE the start time. When bookings within less than 24 hours of the start time, refund is not allowed. 

• For the security and safety of our customers, this facility is VIDEO-MONITORED at all times.

• you agree to use the facility at your own risk. fore golf lounge is not liable for any injuries or accidents during your session.

• You may exit and re-enter the building during your booking period by using THE access key on your smartphone. your access key will work 10 minutes prior, during, and 10 minutes after your booking period.

• by confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to these house tules. failure to comply may result in THE termination of your session and possible future booking restrictions.
